This community service program aims to develop businesses through improving governance systems, increasing entrepreneurial competencies, and utilizing digital marketing at the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) "Karang Indah" in Pasir Peuteuy Village, Cadasari District, Pandeglang Regency. This program is carried out with a holistic approach that includes needs mapping, training BUMDes managers, improving organizational and administrative structures, and implementing digital marketing through social media and online platforms. The results of the community service program show significant improvements in more transparent and efficient BUMDes governance, better entrepreneurial competencies of managers, and effective utilization of digital marketing, which directly impacts increased revenue and competitiveness of BUMDes products. This program makes an important contribution to village economic empowerment and is expected to become a pilot model for other BUMDes in the region.
