Universal Journal is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes high-quality research and scholarly articles in the field of management and business studies. The journal aims to provide a scientific platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate innovative ideas, empirical research findings, and theoretical developments that advance management science.
The scope of Universal Journal includes, but is not limited to, strategic management, human resource management, financial management, marketing management, operations and supply chain management, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, innovation management, digital business, and sustainable business practices. Universal Journal is published quarterly, with four issues released each year in January, April, July, and October. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
